Your personal pharmacist specializes in working with older adults like you who have many prescriptions. You can call them to ask questions or discuss any issues you may be having with your medications. Your pharmacist will also look for opportunities for generic substitutions and removing any drugs with the doctor's permission.
Your nurse practitioner will discuss your medications with you and identify any issues that need to be addressed with your pharmacist or physician.
